• Replying to enquiries, requests and technical proposals submitted via the contact form. • Managing commercial relationships with clients and suppliers. • Sending technical or commercial communications only with explicit consent. • Complying with the legal obligations applicable to Kenfilt.

Processing relies on the data subject's consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a), contract performance (6.1.b), legal obligation (6.1.c) or the controller's legitimate interest (6.1.f), as applicable.

Data is kept while the relationship lasts and afterwards for the periods legally required to address possible liabilities. Data for commercial communications is kept until you withdraw consent.

Data is not shared with third parties unless legally required. For the website to operate, two service providers process data on Kenfilt's behalf as Processors, under contract and with the safeguards required by GDPR article 28: • Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, anti-bot verification for forms (Turnstile) and audience measurement (Web Analytics). • Resend, Inc. — sending emails generated by the contact form and filtration questionnaire. Both are US companies, which means international data transfers. These are covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and, where the provider is a signatory to it, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies that the person submitting a form is human, not an automated program. To do this, it collects technical signals from your browser—including your IP address and user agent—only for the time necessary for that verification. Cloudflare states it does not use these signals for profiling or tracking you across websites; the specific terms are in its Privacy Addendum. The IP address of anyone submitting a form is also temporarily recorded on Kenfilt's own server to limit submission volume and prevent abuse. This is a legitimate interest of Kenfilt and is used for nothing else.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by writing to info@kenfiltiberica.com, identifying yourself and specifying the right you wish to exercise. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es). For any matter concerning your personal data you can write to info@kenfiltiberica.com with “Data protection” in the subject line: it then reaches whoever handles these requests directly and is not mixed in with commercial enquiries.

Kenfilt applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security suited to the risk, including transit encryption, access control and regular backups.
