An industrial legacy of more than six decades

After 62 years of unbroken service at the head of the business, Kenfilt's founder says goodbye to customers, suppliers, partners and friends, leaving an indelible mark on the industrial filtration sector.

Over those six decades, the Kenfilt brand has designed, manufactured and installed filtration systems and central units in 37 countries across five continents. The strongest guarantee of our quality is that many of those installations are still running today to full satisfaction, more than 40 years after they were first commissioned.

A smooth transition and a handover built on trust

To respond as well as possible to the absence of direct family continuity, and to secure the future of the brand, the handover has been arranged through one of its key strategic suppliers of the last 30 years.

This is how Kenfilt Ibérica 1.3, S.L. came about, backed by Salgar Group Industrial 1.3. Salgar Group brings more than 25 years of specialisation in manufacturing large-scale metal structures and has been, for decades, the industrial partner responsible for the structural elements of Kenfilt machines. That shared history has made the technical and operational transition extremely smooth, transparent and natural.

Technical, operational and human continuity guaranteed

Kenfilt Ibérica 1.3 takes over the full management of the company, keeping its ability to respond to the market's needs intact:

• Intellectual property and a complete documentary archive: we hold every patent, the Kenfilt trademark registration, the technical and commercial files, the wiring diagrams, the PLC programs and the technical records of every installation manufactured over the last 40 years.
• The same people and the same know-how: continuity in construction and design is fully maintained thanks to the original team of engineers, technicians and specialist staff joining the new company. That team continues in the same roles, safeguarding rigour in quality control and in manufacturing.
• End-to-end service and customer care: from now on we handle both technical enquiries and the supply of original spare parts for existing equipment, as well as leading the design and construction of new installations.

Looking ahead: the third generation

The generational handover at Salgar Group is fully secured, and the company intends to expand its activity and open new lines of development with a firm commitment to that third generation.
